Use cases

What businesses put agents on, and how each one is set up.

Each of these is an agent: a colleague set up for one job, following written instructions called a skill. When the business changes, you edit the sentences and save. Which steps wait for you is your choice. These examples show where an owner might put the check.

Back office

Invoices, briefings and inbox sorting that run overnight.

The repeatable work nobody wants at eight in the morning, finished and ready for you to check.

  1. Something starts it A schedule, an email, a form
  2. Agent reads Templates, client record, figures
  3. Document built PDF, Word, deck or spreadsheet
  4. You approve Then it is sent or filed
Raise the invoice from the job sheet. Round to the nearest pound. Send it to me, not to the client.

A line from the skill. Edit the skill, or the template the document is built from.

Sales and quotes

It answers enquiries out of hours. The quote waits for you.

Somebody asks at half past ten on a Sunday whether you cover their postcode and what the larger option costs. The agent answers from your price list, captures the enquiry and drafts the quote.

  1. Enquiry arrives Website chat, WhatsApp, inbox
  2. Agent reads Price list, areas you cover
  3. Quote drafted A branded PDF from your template
  4. You approve Then it reaches the customer
Never go below list price without approval. If they ask for a bulk rate, capture the quantity and pass it to me.

A line from the skill. Edit the skill, or the quote template the PDF is built from.

Customer support

Support answers from your own refund policy, day and night, on the channel the customer used.

The agent is told to answer from the policy you wrote, check the order, and say when it does not know. The AI can still make mistakes, which is why you can send any replies you choose to a person first.

How live handoff works
  1. Customer asks Website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, email
  2. Agent reads Refund policy, delivery terms, the order
  3. Agent answers Names the policy section it used
  4. Colleague takes over Live handoff, when a person is needed
Offer a replacement before a refund. Anything about damaged goods goes to a person. Never promise a delivery date the courier has not confirmed.

Ask the company

Staff ask the handbook instead of asking the one person who is on holiday.

The onboarding question, the expenses question, the who-signs-this question. Answered from the documents that govern them, with the section named so the person asking can check it.

  1. Staff ask Chat, Telegram, email, their own AI
  2. Agent reads Handbook, HR and IT guides
  3. Answer with source The section is named
  4. Changes wait for the owner Answers go out without sign-off here
Answer from the handbook only. If the handbook does not cover it, say so and name who owns the policy.

A line from the skill. Edit the skill and save. New joiners get the new answer the same day.

For yourself

An assistant of your own that gets the small jobs done.

An agent can also be just yours. Set one up for yourself on Telegram or WhatsApp, give it your calendar and the tools you choose, and it handles the jobs you keep putting off. It tells you when something needs you.

  1. You message it Or a schedule starts it
  2. Agent uses your tools Your calendar, your inbox
  3. Agent does the job And tells you what it did
  4. You choose what it checks with you Before anything is sent for you
Each morning, check my calendar and message me the day's plan. Ask me before you send anything on my behalf.

Behind every agent

Two agents check new documents against old ones.

A new document contradicts an old one, both stay on the shelf, and nobody notices until an agent quotes the wrong one. Studio checks new documents against old ones and flags conflicts.

The consistency agent flags, it never edits

It shows a person both documents side by side. It cannot change your text. Deciding which is right stays with you.

The insight agent connects sources

When a supplier contract clause bears on the delivery policy, it records the link, so the next answer uses both.

Every document keeps its history

Each save is a version you can compare and restore. You can see when a policy changed, and who changed it.

Have it built for you

Built for you, then yours to edit.

We can build your first agent and hand it over. After that you edit the skill yourself.

Always-On Front Desk

A support agent on your website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and email, answering from your own policies, with live handoff to a colleague.

Company Brain

Your handbooks, contracts and past decisions put into Studio, with an assistant your staff can ask. Each answer names its source.

Back-Office Autopilot

Agents that produce invoices, quotes and the Monday briefing on a schedule or when an email arrives. Work you choose to check waits for your approval.

Have it built for you

Building it yourself is the normal path. Read the five steps, or see how pricing works.
