Who we are
Monsel is a brand of Amialo Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, and we are responsible for the personal data described here. For anything on this page, write to hello@monsel.ai.
What the waiting-list form collects
The form on this site is the only place it asks you for anything. It collects the fields it shows you:
- Your email address. This one is required, because it is how we tell you your workspace is ready.
- Your name and the company you work at, if you fill them in.
- Your role, and what you would put an agent on first, chosen from the lists shown.
- Anything you type in the notes box.
- Which page on this site you submitted from, so we know what you had been reading.
- The country your request came from. We keep the country only, not your IP address.
Nothing else on this site asks for personal data. There is no account to create here and no payment to make.
What we use it for
To contact you about the Monsel private beta: to tell you when a workspace is available, to answer what you asked, and at most a handful of messages before that. Every email we send about the beta has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with advertisers. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Why we are allowed to use it
You give us this information when you submit the form, and we use it because you asked us to contact you about the beta. That is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing us. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you did.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
How long we keep it
We keep a waiting-list entry until you ask us to delete it, or until the beta list is closed and no longer of use. Ask for deletion by emailing hello@monsel.ai and we will remove your entry.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, and there are no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party advertising scripts.
If you choose Accept on the banner, we count visits with a self-hosted analytics tool that sets no cookies. It records which page was read, the page you came from, your browser and device type, your screen size, your language, and the country you are in. It does not store your IP address, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites. The counts are kept on our own servers in the EU. If you choose Reject, the tool is not loaded. It also stays off if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your choice is remembered in this browser only. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
Where the form data goes
Your entry is stored in a database on servers hosted in the EU. When we email you, the message is sent through a hosted email provider acting on our behalf. These providers handle your details only to run those services for us.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@monsel.ai and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
Changes to this page
When we change this page, the date at the top changes. If the change affects how we use what you gave us, we will email the waiting list rather than leave it here quietly.
