Monsel is free to start, with 200 free credits at first sign-up. After that you choose a plan. Prices are not published yet, and the waiting list hears them first.
How pricing works
One plan price, whatever your customers send.
Tools that charge per message or per resolved ticket cost more as your agent does more. Your plan price does not change with how many messages arrive.
A plan, not a meter
A busy month on WhatsApp costs the same plan price as a quiet one. AI that Monsel supplies is used from your credits.
No margin when you bring your own AI
If you use your own AI subscription or account, Monsel adds nothing to what you pay the AI company, and none of your credits are used. The plan price is the same whichever AI you use.
Nothing added at checkout
Knowledge, skills, approvals, run history and live handoff all come with the account. AI enrichment uses your AI credits.

Two ways to pay for the AI. The plan price is the same either way.

Plan shape
Plans scale with what you need.
Start with one agent on the channel that hurts most. You move up a plan when you need more agents, more workspaces or more of the features, not when a customer sends a message.
Evaluations, which grade past runs, learning from your corrections, and trying a draft skill against past conversations are available on the Pro plan and above.
Reaching systems inside your own network is on Starter and above. Running the AI on your own computer is on Pro and above.

Is there a free way to try it?
Yes. Monsel is free to start, with 200 free credits at first sign-up. After that you choose a plan. Prices are not published yet.
Can I switch AI companies?
Yes. Skills are plain language and your knowledge is stored as documents, so neither is tied to one AI company. Switch the agent to another AI company and the same skill runs on the same knowledge. Results can differ between models, so test first.
Can the AI run on my own computer?
Yes, with Ollama, on the Pro plan and above. Agents still work in Monsel. The model runs in your network and the answer comes back through one small piece that connects out. A few supporting steps, such as guardrail checks, still use a hosted AI.
Can I share or install agents?
You can install agents from the marketplace on every plan. Publishing your own is on the Starter plan and above, by the workspace owner. Listings are free for now. An installed agent counts towards your plan's agent limit.
What happens to my knowledge if I leave?
You take it. Documents, skills and run history can be exported on request.
How your data leaves with you is on the security page. For anything else, write to us and a person answers.
