Terms
Website terms
These terms cover this website and the waiting list. They are not the terms for a Monsel workspace: those are agreed with you separately before your workspace opens.
Last updated: October 2026.
Who you are agreeing with
This website is operated by Amialo Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Amialo Ltd owns the Monsel brand. Contact hello@monsel.ai.
Using this website
You may read these pages, quote them with attribution, and share the links. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit the form automatically, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may change or take down any page without notice.
What the site describes
Monsel is in private beta. These pages describe a product that is still being built, so what is written here may change before launch. No prices are published yet, and nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. Where we describe a build, the scope and the price come from a written proposal, not from this website.
The waiting list
- Joining the list does not create an account, reserve a place, or guarantee access.
- We do not commit to a date. Workspaces open in batches and we may close the list at any time.
- By joining you are asking us to email you about the beta. Unsubscribe from any message and we stop.
- Give us an email address you are entitled to use, and do not add someone else without their agreement.
- What we collect and how to have it deleted is on the privacy page.
Our content
The text, design, diagrams and marks on this site belong to Amialo Ltd, apart from anything shown as belonging to someone else. Monsel, Monsel Studio and Monsel Agent Orchestrator are our product names. Other names on this site belong to their owners and are used to say what Monsel connects to.
No warranty for the website
This website is provided as it is. We take care over what it says, but we do not warrant that every page is accurate or available at all times. We are not liable for loss that comes from relying on this website alone. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Other websites
Some pages link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Using the site after that means the version on the page is the one that applies.
